01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words have specific meanings:

• "We", "Us", "Our" means Panya Wealth, a financial education provider registered in Thailand, with offices at 248/7 Sathorn Road, Thung Maha Mek, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120.
• "You", "User" means any person who accesses our website or enrolls in a programme.
• "Website" means our website accessible at panyawea.cyou and any associated pages.
• "Programme" means any educational course, workshop, or mentorship offered by Panya Wealth, including online materials and in-person sessions.
• "Content" means all text, images, worksheets, recorded sessions, planning tools, and other materials provided as part of a programme or through the website.
• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
• You agree to be bound by them in full

If you are enrolling on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

03 Service Description

Panya Wealth provides financial education for adults in their forties and beyond. Our current programmes are:

• Foundations of Money in Midlife — a four-session introductory programme covering personal budgeting and everyday Thai financial products (฿4,200)
• Planning for the Years Ahead — an eight-week programme covering retirement planning, the Thai pension landscape, and long-term financial thinking (฿6,900)
• The Considered Portfolio Mentorship — a three-month individual mentorship supporting thoughtful longer-term financial planning (฿10,400)

Programme schedules, formats, and facilitators are subject to change. We will communicate any significant changes to enrolled participants in advance. Access to recorded sessions and the learning library is subject to the terms of each specific programme.

Our services are primarily available to residents of Thailand and may be subject to geographic restrictions in some territories.

04 User Responsibilities

When using our website or participating in a programme, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when completing enquiry or enrolment forms
• Treat other participants and facilitators with consideration and respect
• Keep any login credentials or access links private and not share them with others
• Use programme materials solely for your own personal learning

Prohibited activities

You must not:

• Copy, redistribute, publish, or resell any programme content without our prior written permission
• Use the website or materials in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from our website
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or qualifications

05 Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our programmes — including written materials, workbooks, planning templates, recorded sessions, graphics, and design — is the intellectual property of Panya Wealth or our licensed content providers.

When you enrol in a programme, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the programme content for your own private study. This licence does not permit you to share, reproduce, or commercially exploit the content in any form.

You retain ownership of any personal notes, plans, or worksheets you complete during a programme. We do not claim any right over content that is entirely your own original work.

06 Payment & Refunds

Fees and payment

• All programme fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes
• Payment is due at the time of enrolment unless a written arrangement has been agreed
• We accept bank transfer and major credit cards; specific payment options are shown at the time of enrolment
• Enrolment is confirmed only once payment has been received in full

Refunds

• If you cancel your enrolment more than 14 days before the programme start date, you will receive a full refund
• If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the start date, a 50% refund will be issued
• Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable, except in documented circumstances of medical emergency or bereavement
• If we cancel or significantly reschedule a programme, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session

07 Programme Terms

• Enrolment in a programme does not guarantee any particular outcome or result
• Attendance and participation are your responsibility; we are not able to offer pro-rated refunds for sessions you miss
• Recorded session access, where included, is provided for the duration specified in the programme description
• Printed materials will be provided as described; we are not liable for postal delays outside our control
• One-to-one review conversations or mentor sessions must be booked within the programme period; unused sessions do not carry over
• Access to the learning library is personal and may not be shared

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a programme if their conduct is disruptive or harmful to others, without refund.

08 Disclaimers

Our website and programme materials are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or entirely free of inaccuracies. We may update or withdraw content at any time without prior notice.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Panya Wealth's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our website or programmes shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant programme in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage
• Loss of income, savings, or financial opportunity
• Decisions you make in reliance on our educational content
• Loss arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control (including natural events, internet outages, or changes in Thai law)

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

10 Termination

You may stop using our website at any time. Programme enrolments are governed by the cancellation terms in Section 6.

We may, in our reasonable discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the website or a programme if you breach these terms, provided that we will give you reasonable notice where possible.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive any termination of this agreement.

11 Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this agreement or your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so that we can try to resolve the matter informally and amicably. We will make every reasonable effort to reach a fair resolution within 30 days.

12 General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, represent the full agreement between you and Panya Wealth.
• Severability: If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer ours in connection with a business reorganisation or sale, provided this does not reduce your rights.
• Notices: Formal notices should be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to our registered address.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to inform participants who are currently enrolled in a programme.

Your continued use of our website or services after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
